Returns and Exchange Policy
Clean Craft's returns and exchange policy don’t give you the option to return or exchange items purchased on Clean Craft for any reason.

Warranty On products
Warranty is covered by the manufacturer and service is provided by the manufacturing company on the product sold on clean craft.
Refund Policy - Clean Craft
At Clean Craft, we are committed to delivering high-quality services and products. Our refund policies differdepending on the nature of your purchase:
For Laundry & Dry Cleaning Services:
- No refunds will be issued once the service has been completed and delivered to the customer.
- In case of any damage or dissatisfaction with the service, customers must report the issue within 24 hours
of delivery. If verified, we may offer a free re-service or a partial refund depending on the severity of the
issue.
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.

For Product Purchases (e.g., Laundry Kits, Equipment):
- Refunds are only accepted for unused and undamaged products returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be returned in original packaging with all accessories.
- Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- A restocking fee of 10% may be applied to certain returned products.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days.
For Franchise Payments:
- Franchise fees and one-time setup payments are non-refundable once the onboarding or training process
has started.
- If a refund request is made before onboarding, a partial refund may be considered after deducting
administrative and processing charges.
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent.
For Laundry & Dry Cleaning Services:
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 30 minutes of booking.
- After 30 minutes or once the pickup has been completed, the order cannot be cancelled.
- If a service is cancelled after pickup, the customer will be charged a visit fee.
For Product Purchases:
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without any charges.
- Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return once the item is delivered
(refer to our Refund Policy).
For Franchise Registration:
- Franchise registration cancellation must be requested in writing within 3 business days of payment.
- Cancellations are subject to review, and administrative fees will apply.
- If onboarding or document processing has started, cancellation is not permitted.
Shipping Policy - Clean Craft
Clean Craft ensures timely and secure delivery of all services and products.
For Laundry & Dry Cleaning Services:
- Pickup and delivery are free within our operational areas.
- Standard turnaround time is 48-72 hours.
- Express service is available at an additional charge, with a 24-hour delivery guarantee (subject to location).
- Delivery timings may vary based on customer location and service load.
For Product Shipping:
- We ship all products through trusted courier partners.
- Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of confirmation.
- Delivery time may range between 5-7 business days, depending on your location.
- Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS once the product is shipped.
- We currently ship only within India. For bulk or international orders, please contact us directly.
REGISTRATION FOR COACHING CLASSES
Please note that registration is one-time only and is non-refundable.
EBOOK POLICY:
Once you pay, the book will be downloaded automatically to your folder. If you want a hard copy, please order it from Amazon or Flipkart.
Once the book is downloaded the payment is non-refundable.
