    1) Definitions & Scope

    “Services” means: Self-Service Laundromat (coin/card), Wash & Fold, Wet Cleaning, Ironing/Pressing, Shoe Cleaning, Bag Cleaning, and Pickup & Delivery. “Items” means any garments, textiles, footwear or bags you give us.

    2) Acceptance

    By placing an order, using our machines, or scheduling pickup, you agree to these T&Cs and the policies referenced here.

    3) Your Responsibilities

    Check pockets & remove valuables (cash, jewellery, pens, lighters, AirPods/trackers, etc.).

    Care labels: We follow manufacturer labels. If a label is missing/unclear, processing is at your risk.

    Pre-existing issues: Tell us about stains, tears, loose trims/embellishments; we may photograph on intake.

    4) Garment Care (Serviced Laundry)

    Wet Cleaning: Professional water-based process; we may test colour-fastness where needed. No guarantee all stains will come out.

    Stain treatment: Targeted pre-spotting may be used unless you tell us not to. Some stains are permanent.

    Finishing: Heat/steam/pressing may mark delicate synthetics; proceed only if you accept this risk.

    5) Limitation of Liability (Bailee Clause)

    While we take reasonable care of Items in our custody, our liability for loss or damage is limited to the lesser of:

    a) 10× the service price of the affected Item, or b) AUD $150 per Item. Depreciation for age/wear applies.

    We’re not liable for: pre-existing damage, inherent defects/weak fabrics, colour loss/bleed, shrinkage, or damage from items left in pockets.

    Nothing in this clause limits your non-excludable ACL rights (e.g., services must be provided with due care and skill and within a reasonable time; remedies apply if we fail to meet a consumer guarantee). ACCCConsumer Affairs Victoria

    6) Claims

    Report any concerns within 48 hours of pickup/delivery, with receipt and photos. Allow us up to 14 days to investigate. Remedies may include re-clean, credit, or compensation consistent with §5 and the ACL. ACCC

    7) Prices, Payment & Refunds

    Minimum serviced order: $15.

    Payment timing: On collection (in-store) or prior to delivery (online).

    Change-of-mind/user-error: Not refundable once a cycle or service has started.

    Machine fault/overcharge: If a machine or our payment system faults, we’ll re-run or refund the affected payment—you cannot waive ACL remedies. “No-refund” policies for faults or overcharges are unlawful. Consumer Affairs VictoriaConsumer Affairs Victoria

    8) Pickup & Delivery

    Free pickup & delivery for serviced orders $50+ (after discounts).

    Orders under $50 incur a $12.50 pickup/delivery fee.

    If you provide Authority to Leave (ATL), risk passes on drop-off at the location you nominate. ACL rights about service quality still apply. ACCC

    9) Unclaimed Items

    Ready-orders uncollected after 60 days may be donated or recycled. Storage may be charged after 30 days.

    10) Force Majeure (Events Beyond Our Control)

    We aren’t liable for delays or non-performance caused by events outside our reasonable control (e.g., fire, flood, power outages, third-party network failures). This does not limit your ACL rights. ACCC

    11) Self-Service Laundromat (Coin/Card) — House Rules

    After-cycle window: Please remove laundry within 15 minutes of cycle completion.

    Unattended items: May be carefully moved to a clean holding area to free machines. We take reasonable care but cannot accept responsibility for loss/damage arising from leaving items unattended.

    Using machines: Select cycles carefully; user error (wrong temp/program/overload) is not refundable.

    Faults/overcharges: Report immediately with the machine number and time. If a fault or overcharge is verified, we’ll re-run or refund the affected cycle/payment as required by the ACL.

    Promotions/loyalty: Service-order promotions don’t automatically apply to coin/card use unless stated. We may vary or cease loyalty programs with reasonable notice; accrued benefits already earned will be honoured for a defined period.

    12) Special Item Disclaimers

    Leather/Suede: Natural texture and colour may change; darkening possible.

    Beaded/Sequined/Embroidered: Embellishments processed at owner’s risk; loose trims may detach.

    Footwear/Bags: Cleaning may alter colour/finish; post-clean waterproofing is recommended.

    Bulk Wash & Fold: Colour transfer/shrinkage may occur in mixed loads—request separate loads if needed (surcharge applies).

    13) Governing Law

    These T&Cs are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any invalid clause is severed; the rest remain in force.
